- Assist client with ongoing management of existing and new functionality in Blackbaud NetCommunity, and Raiser’s Edge.

- Migrated existing content and functionality from WordPress content management system to Blackbaud NetCommunity to create a uniform user experience for the organization audience.

- Built web-based new family questionnaire to increase internal operational efficiency and constituent accessibility.
- Created “shopping cart” style donation form to increase average constituent donation value.
