- Consult with Hanover College on best practices and recommendations for updated features in Blackbaud NetCommunity.
- Created a dynamic registration experience for Homecoming/Reunion, combining all class years into one event registration form and using javascript to display sub-events based on year. This minimized administration of individual pages/forms for each class year, and streamlined reporting off of one set of events in Raiser’s Edge.
- Created a new full-screen, stepped giving experience.
- Streamlined Alumni portal navigation with updated template and proposed combination of UX.
