- Reviewed existing website and pre-existing Raiser’s Edge setup and provided recommendations to improve end-user experience; revised the information architecture to provide intuitive consumer pathways; consulted on Raiser’s Edge clean-up to increase internal efficiency
- Migrated website from WordPress CMS and 3rd party hosting to Blackbaud Netcommunity Pro and Blackbaud hosting
- Used pre-existing design with minor visual and functional modifications to build out the new stylesheet, layouts and page templates
- Set up multiple constituent communities (e.g. volunteers)
- Provided Raiser’s Edge support throughout project to optimize the use of RE with Blackbaud Netcommunity
- Provided remote training to Randall’s Island staff
